Forest needs various trees, as society needs all kind of people. Flourishing trees make of a well-balanced ecological system which makes lives healthy and continuous. Able men compose a beautiful society which arouses a benign competition and stimulates rapid and steady development.

   Planting satisfactory trees is by no means an easy job,while education capable people is even harder. However, they have several similarities.

  Every plant has its own trait, our tast is to expand its strongpoint. For example, some plants grow with bushy leaves but common blooms. Whereas, some may have showy flowers but thin leaves. As a result, what he did is hardly necessary and merely diminishes the vitality of the plant.

  I believe that the plants that have experienced the storm and snow are much stronger than the ones that stay under the sturdy shelter all the time. For, only the fittest in natural selection can survive. The nature is pitiless, so is the human society.

  Educating people is not to spoil the objects but to train them to be more suitable to the society of challenges and competitions. When time ripes, parents should release a bit, for sweet or bitter, making children realize what the life is. Tasting pain and failure early, children will be adamant

and fearless to encounter the intending rainstorms of life.
